Bars Sessions
You can consciously choose to recognize and change negative or limiting thoughts.
We humans have an average of 60,000 thoughts per day. That’s one thought per second in every waking hour! According to some research, as many as 98 percent of them are exactly the same as we had the day before. Even more significant, on average 80 percent of our thoughts are negative.
Unfortunately, our brains are hardwired to pay more attention to negative experiences than to positive ones. That’s right, your brain is designed to take in and register negative experiences more deeply than positive experiences. The good news is you can train your brain to think new and different thoughts.
The Bars are a series of points on your head that when activated can help disrupt and breakdown negative internal dialogue loops, old beliefs and habits and so much more! We all know how important it is to defrag our computers so that they run efficiently...think of Bars as defragging your brain. It can help ease and accelerate the transition to new, healthier habits. Very helpful for clearing mental clutter so you can have more clarity and focus. It is also incredibly relaxing :)

What can I expect during my Bars session? At the beginning of your session we will do a brief intake. Then you will either lie down fully clothed on a massage table or in a zero-gravity chair. I will run your Bars for 75-90 minutes with initial and Premium session or ~65 minutes during a Bars Tune Up session. During this time you may opt to receive the session silently or for me to share information that is surfacing with each bar. Once your Bars have been run we will take time to debrief your session. This is the time in which I will reveal my findings and provide: recommendations in how to prolong the benefits of the session and practical tips and intuitive insight so that you may continue to experience healing transformations beyond the session. This is also the time for you to share, if you choose, what you experienced during the session and to ask questions. At this time you may also schedule future sessions. Then you are on your way stepping back into your life grounded and centered with renewed energy and health. Congratulations on taking the time to return to balance!
What are the Bars?
Defined as a touch therapy, The Bars® is gentle and non-invasive and focuses on 32 points on the head which, when gently touched, trigger an electro-magnetic release of both physical and mental blockages. Much like the pressure points on the feet in Reflexology that relate to different organs in the body, each point on the head relates to an area of your life such as money, control, creativity, healing and communication. Touching the points allows change and healing to occur in those areas that are blocked.
Each Bars session can release 5-10 thousand years of limitations in the area of your life that corresponds with the specific Bar being touched. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change! How much of your life do you spend doing rather than receiving? In this video I share why Bars sessions are an integral part of my personal wellness care. I forgot to mention that I tend to drift off during my Bars sessions and often feel more deeply rested at the end than a full night's sleep. I call it my "Bars bliss nap" lol. Enjoy!
